At a recent meeting of the Rotary Club of Galveston, Club President Mary Brechtel presented members with awards to recognize their dedication and service to the Club.
Rotarian Roland Bassett (left picture) was honored with the "Love of Rotary Award" at a recent meeting of the Rotary Club of Galveston for his unselfish dedication, love for Rotary and his club, and everything for which Rotary stands. Rotarian Susan Syler (center picture) was honored with the "Club Service Award" at a recent meeting of the Rotary Club of Galveston. Syler (right), having only been a club member for one year, already had nominated two new members and assisted with club activities whenever help was needed.
Ming Tzeng (right picture) was recognized and honored at a recent meeting of the Rotary Club of Galveston as the club's "Most Valuable Member for 2021-22." During this past year, Tzeng nominated three new members to the club and hosted over 30 guests.
